Colonel’s Club Scan Rate
Over 1.6 million people in the UK have the Colonel's Club loyalty scheme app. Only 5% scan.
The task was to increase the scan rate through in-store comms, whilst retaining the KFC tone of voice through single-minded copy and imagery.
My creative was rolled out in-stores across the UK:

Colonel's Club Emails
I was tasked with communicating special offers and membership perks to Colonel's Club members using the 'New South' tone of voice. I then went on to concept and write over twenty emails for the entire user journey, from sign-up, to purchase, to stamp redemption.
